A state-of-the-art curriculum
This ICT-curriculum for schools is a state-of-the-art curriculum. IFIP strongly feels that only the state-of-the-art will do. This offers to schools and countries where ICT-education is still developing, the foundations from which to leapfrog to the front. It is no use to fully repeat the development process with respect to ICT-education that has already taken place elsewhere. This will only slow down development and keep institutions and countries from closing the gap. Many opportunities arise from ICT; this curriculum attempts to facilitate fruitful use of these opportunities.
